THE GAMEMODES IN TEAM FORTRESS 2

Team fortress 2 is full of exciting heart pumping gamemodes. Here are a list of you guessed it gamemodes and tips!

Capture the Flag

"By flag we mean a glowing brief case full of useful intel."

 

Capture the flag is a gamemode where the to team have their own "flag" to secure while the oppsoing team have to steal and defend their "flag as well.

 

 Scout is the fastest class and can grab the intel then book it before they even notice it is gone. Spy can also pose as an enemy and sap enemy sentries. A good stradegy is have heavy forces distract the team while the spies take care of the sentries and other defences. This give the scout an opportunity to get the intel. Then the heavy forces can escort the scout safely back to spawn. For defensive have a Demoman, Heavy, or a Soldier to guard along with a few engineers to build Sentries and Dispensers. Don't build a teleporter to the flag as a enemy spy could travel through it easily.

Doomsday

In this one you have to deliever fuel or australium arm the rocket which will send the first living being into space. Spoiler after you deliever the breif case the rocket goes boom. Its just a monkey get over it. Anyway scouts should go get the brief case while snipers hang back to kill the enemies delivering the fuel via the platform.

King of the Hill

King of the hill is where the teams have to hold down one control point for 3 minutes. While it is total choas in the middle I recomend this. Sniper stays back and snipes. A spy goes in with the enemy team to tak eout the sentries. A scout can easily hold off enemies right at their front lines as well. Build sentries to help capture points! Engineers and Snipers should also be careful and spy-check someone by hitting (no friendly fire) a team mate to see if they take damage.

Payload

Blue team pushes the cart while red defends. Scout pushes the cart 2 times faster but has low health so it is nt good start. Soldier or Demo has a mele weapon called the pain train which pushes carts 2 times faster. Red should build what I call out post. The first one should have Soldiers, Demo men and Snipers. The 2nd out post should have sentries, Scouts, Pyros, Demo men, Snipers, and Soldiers. Last should have all of the above and each outpost should have 1 medic to heal the heavy and one medic to heal everyone.
